The Minority Committee of  T.I.M. Training College, Nadapuram, has been constituted in accordance with NAAC guidelines to safeguard the rights and interests of minority communities within the institution. The committee functions as a platform to ensure inclusiveness, equal opportunity, and a supportive environment for students and staff belonging to minority groups.

OBJECTIVES

To protect the rights and welfare of minority students and staff in the college.

To provide guidance, support, and assistance to minority students in academic and non-academic matters.

To promote cultural harmony and respect for diversity within the institution.

To create awareness about government schemes, scholarships, and other facilities available to minority communities.

To address grievances of minority students and ensure fair treatment in all institutional processes.
