A Faculty Development Programme on the Revised Achievement Test was conducted with Mr. Rejish M., Assistant Professor of Physical Science Education, Mother Theresa College of Teacher Education,Perambra, serving as the facilitator.The workshop provided participants with practical insights into the revised procedures for constructing valid and reliable achievement tests aligned with learning outcomes.The sessions enriched the faculty members' knowledge of assessment practices and enhanced their competence in developing effective evaluation tools.
